Norizman Ismail appeared victorious for Round 4 of the PETRONAS AAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship in a very close race against his rivals grabbing his second CP130 chequered flag for the season here at the Sepang International Circuit (North).
The Harian Metro SCK Honda Racing rider played his game smart throughout the 13 lap race and kept himself very close to the lead pack consisting of Md Zamri Baba, Ahmad Fuad Baharudin, Ahmad Fazli Sham and Abdul Muhaimin Roslan after several failed attempt to break away.
Norizman then opted to trail the leader and go for the kill on the straight at the very end of the race. "Today's race was very challenging. The leaders kept on changing and everyone was very fast. Initially I wanted to run away from the pack but my bike was slow at turns. However, it does pack speed on straights and I made full use of this advantage. I am very grateful and happy to have won the race today. Hopefully I keep the momentum for the race in Kuala Terengganu next month," said the 25 years old rider.
