Thousands of Formula One fans turned up for the Formula One drivers’ autograph session held at the Sepang International Circuit, in conjunction with the 2010 Formula One Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix this year.

The drivers had turned up in full force, accompanied by their managers and their press officers.

Despite the blazing Sunday sun, the fans began lining up to meet with the drivers by 10am, each vying to get a glimpse of their favourite drivers as they make their entrance.

The session began at 12pm with the arrival of the first group of Formula One drivers; Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg (Mercedes GP), Adrian Sutil and Vitantonio Liuzzi (Force India), Pedro de la Rosa and Kamui Kobayashi (BMW Sauber F1) and Sebastien Buemi with his teammate Jaime Alguersuari (Torro Rosso.)

Kamui Kobayashi was seen wearing a smile throughout the interview session, and was one of the friendliest drivers during the session.

The second group arrived at 12.20pm, comprising of Jarno Trulli and Heikki Kovalainen (Lotus Racing), Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa (Ferrari), Karun Chandhok and Bruno Senna (HRT F1) and Timo Glock with his teammate, Lucas di Grassi.

Karun Chandok really having a lot of fun connecting with the crowd, tossing his autographed materials out to the crowd and joking around with the fans.
The cameras kept clicking away as the numerous female fans yelled out their favourite racer’s names.

The third session began at 12.40pm with the arrival of William F1’s Rubens Barrichello and Nico Hulkenberg, Red Bull Racing’s Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber. They were also joined by McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button as well as Renault F1’s Robert Kubica and Vitaly Petrov.

The fans then made a grab for the autographed merchandise, such as posters and postcards with the driver’s pictures on them left by the drivers.
